How to add a comment box to my premade myspace layout?

i have a premade layout i adore but the layout doesn't hav a comment box on it and i can't seem to b able to put one on! Any ideas or help would be nice :D

Go to whateverlife.com

click layouts and graphics

on the right there is a column that says my space stuff, look for comment boxes and click that, it will give you a few to choose from. It will give you the code make sure you put your friend ID in the area that says "FRIENDID HERE" here is an example of one:
