my pixel size is 600x800 but its too small.

i need to stretch it for any size of screen resolution...like the premade layouts on websites that supply them.

you'll need to resize the image using an image editing program (paint, photoshop, etc.). in your case though, the problem would be DISTORTING the image since it's small and you're wanting to make it bigger. it's hard to determine the right resolution to use to fill the whole page when monitors themselves vary in resolution.
