Comment box for DIV?

Ok, so I like to mess around with DIVs and use them for my Myspace--sometimes I will just use a premade DIV layout and just add some extra things if needed, such as a comment box.

It usually works, and I can just align the box wherever just by messing with the numbers, but on some layouts (like one I am working on now) the comment box wont show at all!

If I take away the skin, I see it...so I know its there...it's just hiding "underneath"

how do I bring it up top?

I tried looking up information about this, but couldnt find anything...help? I like comment boxes on my DIVs...that way, the person stays on my page while they comment

If you have it right and it's actually under something, add this

%26lt;style type="text/css"%26gt;

.friendsComments

{

z-index:99;

}

%26lt;/style%26gt;

It instead may be that the skin hides the comment box purposely, in which case it will be in the stylesheet. Search for

.friendsComments

Within the code for .friendsComments, remove display: none or visibility: hidden.

If you added the detail of your actual MySpace page with the skin in use, I could point out exactly what to change.

Try making it bigger, and putting a red border around it. That way if its hidden beneath something you'll be able to see it.

Or give it an absolute position. That way you'll know exactly where it %26lt;em%26gt;should%26lt;/em%26gt; be.
