ok ive got this message awhile ago for my new background "Sorry remote hotlinking is not allowed" also has this "the graphic file that was to appeared here can be view at www.digitalblasphemy.com" Ive tryed 11 times to put different background on doesent matter what I do same outcome same message I even tryed photo bucket nothing works how do I get a background on myspace I know you can cause I see alot of people with backgrounds also I have tryed countless premade backgrounds

I would suggest removing all the codes from your myspace and starting from scratch. It sounds like the reason that message keeps appearing is because you still have that old one with the bad link.

All you gotta do is copy and paste the html code into your about me section...go to edit profile..

scrap the whole thing. There's obviously something that is causing the problem that you probably missed. The easiest way to fix it is to remove everything that could cause a problem.

How are you trying to set the background? Here's the correct method:

Usually "Remote Hotlinking Is Not Allowed" means the image host does not allow cross-referencing images from a website. It's also known as "lurching." But PhotoBucket allows it, so I'm not sure.

But MySpace is also getting rid of a lot of non-MySpace objects. Like objects that DON'T say something like "Layout by PimpMyMyspace.com" or some crap.
